Sure, I just meant "native" windows as opposed to "console" window, I
probably should have tried to find a more precise term.

Having tried to port a few things to win32 myself, I can definitely
relate to this :-).

Actually, this code sharing discussion brings up an interesting point.
Will the full GUI interface be portable to X11 so all those wonderful
terminal emulations will be available for X as well as win32?
